What does a 'free panelist' actually get?+
Free panelists can see vacancies they're assigned to, view candidate CVs, and submit final feedback on interviews. That's it. No question bank, no AI co-pilot, no scorecards beyond the final yes / no / strong-yes; those land in the structured panelist tier ($15 / seat / month) for panelists who want the full structured-interview spine.
Do I have to pay for every employee or panelist in my company?+
No. Employee accounts (referrals + viewing open positions) are free, unlimited. Free panelists (final-feedback-only) are also free, unlimited. You only pay for recruiter seats ($49 / seat) and, optionally, for panelists you want to upgrade to the structured tier ($15 / seat).
How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise is custom-priced per tenant. We never publish a list price. Talk to us about volume discounts, SSO/SAML, custom data residency, and dedicated implementation. The platform admin sets a per-tenant override, and your checkout uses a Polar product priced at exactly the negotiated rate.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch tier any time from your billing settings. Polar handles proration automatically; your current cycle stays active until the next renewal, and any difference is added to the next invoice (or refunded if you go down a tier).
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR-compliant data tooling, built-in DSAR portal, SOC 2 Type II in progress. Tenant-scoped audit log on every event; on Enterprise you can require SSO + SAML + custom data residency.
