Who is the demo for?

Whoever will live with the decision: a founder, a talent lead, a hiring manager, or the recruiter who will actually run it every day. Bring as many of them as you like. There is no minimum team size and no qualifying call before the walkthrough.

Can you show workflows for hiring teams and agencies?

Yes, and they are two different portals. The company portal is where an in-house team runs vacancies, interviews, scorecards and offers. The agency portal runs a candidate database you own, a pipeline per client, placements and commission. Tell us which one you are, and the session goes deep on that rather than covering both thinly.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to have a real open role in mind, and a job description if you have one, because the walkthrough lands better against work you recognise. Nothing needs installing, and you do not need to send us candidate data.

Can we ask about integrations and implementation?

Yes, and the honest answer is short. Panelynx connects to Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google sign-in, brings candidates in from any system by CSV, and offers SAML single sign-on with a REST API in beta on Enterprise. There are no prebuilt connectors to HR systems, background checks, assessments or e-signature, and it does not post jobs to external boards. Setup is founder-led, so implementation is a conversation rather than a project plan.
