PANELYNX AI
A second opinion.
Not the decision.
Panelynx AI analyzes your hiring evidence and surfaces what is worth another look, so your team can make better decisions, together.
- Works from your evidence
- Surfaces what matters
- People make the calls
This card is the AI’s reading, not a decision. It does not set a score of record, lock a scorecard, move the candidate or record the hiring decision; a person does each of those, and the server enforces it.
How does Panelynx use AI in hiring?
Panelynx AI reads the written record a hiring process produces: the CV, the job description, the interview plan and its rubric, application answers, interviewer notes, locked scorecards and any transcript you upload. Each feature reads only what it needs. It never writes a score of record, never locks or unlocks, never moves a candidate between stages and never records a hiring decision.
AI supports your decisions.

Panelynx AI does not make decisions. It informs them.

Claude, hosted on AWS, does the reasoning, and your data is not used to train a model. Panelynx does not join, record or transcribe your interviews; the evidence is what your panel wrote down.
Better insights lead to aligned decisions.
Reports show where interviewers drift. AI stays on the candidate.
- Interviewer calibration
- Panel alignment
- Hiring funnel
- Score and outcome correlation
The AI second opinion runs inside the Panelynx applicant tracking system, and it only ever reads evidence the panel has already recorded there.
Better decisions with
AI as your second opinion.
- Insights from your hiring evidence
- Not a replacement for human judgment
- Built for structured, collaborative hiring
Questions people ask about the AI
If yours is not here, ask it. Yohan answers these himself.
Ask a questionDoes the AI decide who gets hired?
No. It reads the evidence and offers a second opinion with its reasoning visible. Every score of record, stage change and decision is written by a person, and the server enforces that rather than the interface merely hiding the buttons.
Does it listen to the interview?
No. Nothing joins the call and nothing records it, so there is no live analysis and no AI in the room. If you upload a transcript your meeting tool produced, the AI can read that afterwards like any other written evidence. If it was not written down, the AI has not seen it.
What does it actually read?
It depends on the feature, and each one is given only what it needs. CV parsing reads the CV. The match reads the CV against the job description. Answer evaluation reads one question, its expected answer and what the candidate said. The interview report reads the per-question evaluations. Nothing leaves the candidate record.
Can I see why it said what it said?
Yes, and that is the point of it. The second opinion cites the evidence it is reading. An assistant you cannot audit is one you should not act on.
Which plan includes it?
CV parsing, the resume match and the AI interview report are on Starter. Answer evaluation and coach content start on Growth. The panel second opinion and the full interview analysis are Premium. Being on the rung is only half of it: everything metered draws on a monthly credit pool sized by your rung and your seat count, it does not roll over, and Starter’s pool is the smallest. The pricing page carries the allowance.
