COMPARISON
Panelynx vs
interview-only tools
Another layer for interviews,
or one connected hiring system?
Interview-only tools are useful when you already have an ATS and mainly need structured interviews, scorecards or interview intelligence. Panelynx gives you everything in one place: ATS, structured interviews, independent evaluation, panel comparison and analytics, so you can move from application to decision with confidence.
- No credit card required
- One open role, 60 days

Frequently asked questions
Can Panelynx integrate with our existing ATS?
Not directly. Candidates come across by spreadsheet: export from your ATS, import the CSV into Panelynx and map the columns. There is no live sync, and no ATS-specific connector.
Is Panelynx replacing interview tools?
It carries the same job: interview plans, a live workspace, independent scorecards, an AI second opinion. Then it keeps going, into the pipeline before the interview and the decision and offer after it.
What if we already use an interview tool?
Then the question is whether the ATS underneath it is working. If it is, an interview tool is the lighter answer. If you are managing two systems and the candidate record is split between them, that split is what Panelynx removes.
How does Panelynx's AI work?
It reads the written evidence: the scorecards, the notes and the interview plan. It offers a second opinion and shows its reasoning. It never writes a score of record, never moves a candidate and never records a decision.
Which platform is more affordable?
Panelynx prices are published and charged per recruiter seat per month; hiring managers and interviewers do not need a paid seat. Most interview tools quote on request, so a like-for-like number is not ours to publish.
How long does it take to get started?
The 60-day pilot runs on one open role with founder-led onboarding, so the first structured interview happens in the first week rather than after a configuration project.
