These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Panelynx, a structured hiring platform operated by Enterplic. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Panelynx, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Panelynx on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Panelynx is a structured hiring platform that helps teams plan interviews, create question banks, align interview panels, collect structured feedback, and manage candidate pipelines. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use Panelynx only for lawful purposes related to hiring and recruitment. You may not use our platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics, upload malicious content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer our platform, or use it in any way that violates applicable employment laws.
Panelynx and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Enterplic and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create on our platform (interview plans, questions, evaluations), but grant us a license to host, display, and process it as needed to provide our services.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are per user per month and may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. The free Free plan has no payment obligations.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Panelynx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. AI-powered features provide suggestions only and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. You are responsible for your own hiring practices and compliance with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterplic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Panelynx. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Panelynx shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Panelynx after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
