Panelynx ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Enterplic. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our structured hiring platform.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, and role when you create an account. When you use Panelynx, we collect interview plans, questions, candidate evaluations, and feedback you enter. We also automatically collect usage data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited through standard server logs and analytics.
We use your information to provide and improve our platform, including powering AI features like question suggestions and panel education. We also use it to communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, send product updates (which you can opt out of), and analyze usage patterns to improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as AWS for hosting, Clerk for authentication, and Anthropic for AI features), and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via Clerk, and infrastructure hosted on AWS with regular security monitoring through Sentry. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
