About
Why we built Panelynx.
Hiring breaks at the interview, not the funnel. Teams pour real effort into sourcing, then make the actual call on a gut feeling and a hazy memory of a conversation. Panels talk past each other. And weeks later, no one can quite say why a strong candidate got passed over.
So we built the tool teams wanted and could not buy: a complete applicant tracking system, from job post to offer, with a structured-interview layer built into the core rather than bolted on. Every panelist scores on their own, against the same scorecard, and locks it in before they can see anyone else. AI gives a second opinion; people make the decision.
We build deliberately, with a short list of teams who care about getting hiring right. We write in plain words, ship a real product, and would rather do a few things honestly than a long list badly.
What we hold to
Three things we hold to.
Plain
We say what a thing does in words a hiring manager would actually use. No jargon, no hype, no inventing a problem to sell the fix.
Honest
Every AI action has a posted price, every score is attributable to a person, and the human always makes the call. We never hide the math.
Considered
We would rather ship one feature that earns its place than ten that clutter the screen. Restraint is a feature, not a shortfall.
A hire is one of the highest-stakes decisions a team makes. It deserves the same structure as everything else they do, and far less of the guesswork.
We are early, and building Panelynx deliberately, with a short list of teams who care about getting this right. If that is you, build it with us.
